Today's Tarot Card: Four of Wands

Sometimes the cards in the Tarot are simple, straightforward, and easy to understand. This is one such time. When you look upon the Four of Wands, the understanding is immediately apparent. You can see the 4 wands, standing erect, dressed in a beautiful garland, abundantly decorated with greens and other gains of the harvest. Underneath, in center, are two people, beckoning to the onlookers to join in the celebration. The sky is sun-filled and cloudless. It is a joyous event, filled with fun, laughter, and comaraderie. It is the stuff that memories are made. Events like these should happen more often because, as Luke Bryan said, we should "celebrate life" - not just the special events like births and weddings, however all the other events in between. We should remember what a blessing, gift we have just by being here, by existing, by sharing ourselves with others.

When this card appears, it may signify an upcoming event, such as a wedding, or birth or even a job promotion or major change of address. It can also be a reminder that we need to celebrate life, the small victories, to remember to be thankful for what we have, and to be open to sharing our good fortune with others.
