Today's Tarot Card: Page of Pentacles

Pages can represent either people, qualities of a person, or an event. When describing people (or qualities of a person), pages tend to be younger people (either male or female), so the Page of Pentacles would tend to be dark haired with a serious tone about them. They might seem grounded, realistic, level-headed (almost to the point of boredom at times) and might show an early interest with money and other materialistic needs. They may seem inexperienced in the ways of the world, however they have an eagerness to learn. Because pentacle people can serious a lot of the times, they may appear to be out of touch with their other senses, such as love and the ability to truly enjoy life. If this card comes up in regards to questions on how to help someone, it may mean that they need to work on cultivating these other aspects of their lives. Some would say that the Page of Pentacles needs to be more in touch with reality however pentacles are associated with the element of earth, which can be a grounding influence on a person. When describing the qualities of a person, age and gender might not play a factor. For example, you might have an older female that exhibits these qualities. In that case, she might show up as a Page of Pentacles in a reading. When this card appears in a reading to signify an event, it could mean that the querent needs to find a job or hobby that brings more rewarding experiences and opportunities for gaining skills in their desired field. In order to do this, doing some volunteer or charity work might just be the ticket to help them - and others.
